We liked the location, the hotel itself, the staff was super friendly and helpful and our apartment was nice. Bed was super comfortable.

I would say not being on time. Ex. We booked a massage for 2 pm, it was confirmed that they would come at 2 but they first came 2:20 and that’s after I called the reception. Then when we had ordered to get our laundry picked up by 8 am so we could get our Landry ready by after 7 pm but they first came to pick up laundry at 10 am and that’s after I called reception. When it was time to deliver our laundry, I had to call reception twice for them to tell housekeeping to drop off our laundry so in all our stay was nice but annoying that we have to wait on the staff when we already had confirmed what time things needed to be done. We stayed for 6 nights, we had our bed made the first day after that no more. Some days we didn’t get our trash thrown out but we received fresh towels and bottles of water every day. So again we had a pleasant stay and would definitely come again but being on time would be much more appreciated so we as guests don’t have to wait to do things when we are only here on vacation for a few days.

Was a pleasant and convenient transit stop between Boracay and Panglao

Good location near Ayala mall with shops, restaurants and easy transport. Helpful staff, spacious rooms.

Difficulties when I tried to settle my account causing me to miss my ferry (it took a while for them to confirm I’d paid the restaurant directly for my breakfasts)

Great Customer Service

They have great customer service & pleasant staff. Our room was clean. Accessibility to the shopping mall & restaurants is very convenient. Their breakfast buffet is very good.

If only they have clothes washer/dryer & oven in their residences, I will rate them 10/10.

I will book here most of the time when I visit Cebu

we can cook and warmed our foods and so comfy at our suites rooms and the breakfast was so good

the bathroom is not enough toiletries and not so cleaned

The apartment was huge. The bed and sofa were comfortable. The food at Puso restaurant is delicious. Everybody needs to try their pork sisig.. it was served during breakfast!!

The microwave unfortunately did not work.

Centrally located good for families.

We stayed in the 2 bed appartment. Good location, walking distance to Ayala mall and all the action of Cebu. Good size apartment for families at a good price. Clean and has everything you need. Beds comfortable. Decent shower. Bottled water provided. 2 bathrooms. Good facilities.

No issues. No tea and coffee provided.

The residence room where we stayed was nice and had a good size

The service at the restaurant was awful. Very unorganised, it took always a lot of time and several times the same order to get what we want. Once the waitress served the wine, throw a lot around the glass and in the middle of my son's tablecloth and left without tidying up. I had to asked again for the mess to be cleaned...

Breakfast was excellent!. Eric is the best when it comes to hospitality. He probably is the best thing that ever happened at Quest.

Initial room was not as clean but was corrected by the staff. We were switched to a different room similar to the first one. Bathroom is small in general and when you shower- water splashes out of the shower door and wets the floor, making it slippery. The molds can be cleaned too by housekeeping. The rooms can be updated. The hallways are hot.

Fine but not great

location and space

had to request hand towels but was give face towels instead. Pillows were so thick, it gave me neck pain the morning after. I requested for a thinner soft pillow and was given a small decorative pillow which was still thick. I had to use a rolled bath towel instead for the rest of my stay.

Went 6 days without any housekeeping / cleaning at one point, the property was also missing many things which I repeatedly had to chase up and ask for. one of the main reasons I chose this property was that it was supposed to have a tumble dryer included in the room/suite, but was told by staff that this wasn’t the case and that it had been incorrectly included on booking.com

Good value for the money. Location is excellent.

Did not have breakfast but bought very pricey coffee. They called in brewed coffee but more like colored drink

Cleaner bathroom and shower. Maybe some dish detergent would be nice... and paper towels.

Not a luxury hotel, but a good option if you are going to be out the whole day for city tour

The room was not ready when we arrived at 3pm, but it was okay. We just left our luggage at the lobby and proceeded with our itinerary for the day. The room was very spacious, 2-bedrooms, 2 t&b, dining and living area, a laundry room and kitchen with ref, microwave, toaster, stove, etc. Walking distance to the mall - Ayala Center.

We were working out at the gym when the staff in charge asked us to move or "adjust" for his foreign client. There wasn't any space for us to move anymore at the area where we were working out. We felt that it was a rude thing to ask while we were in the middle of our workout. The shower area is also small and shower door is quite off.
